Dumbbell Bent-Over Row Neutral Grip
- 1 - Stand with your feet about hip- to shoulder-width apart while holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other.
- 2 - Hinge at your hips and slightly bend your knees until your torso is angled forward, keeping your back flat and core braced.
- 3 - Let the dumbbells hang directly below your shoulders with your arms fully extended and shoulders pulled slightly down and back.
- 4 - Pull both dumbbells toward the sides of your lower ribs by driving your elbows back close to your body.
- 5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together briefly at the top without shrugging or rotating your torso.
- 6 - Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position in a controlled motion until your arms are extended.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a neutral spine and steady hip position.
