Heel Scoop Hold Stretch
1 - Stand upright near a wall or sturdy surface for balance if needed, with your feet hip-width apart.
2 - Shift your weight onto your left foot and bend your right knee, bringing your right foot up behind you.
3 - Reach down with both hands and cup or 'scoop' around your right heel, holding it firmly.
4 - Gently pull the heel upward and inward toward your glutes while keeping your knees together and your torso upright.
5 - Hold the stretch for the desired duration, feeling a deep stretch through the front of the thigh and hip flexor.
6 - Slowly release, lower your foot back to the ground, and repeat on the opposite side.
