Heel Slide
1 - Lie on your back on a flat surface with both legs extended and your toes pointing upward.
2 - Keep your core gently engaged and your lower back relaxed against the floor or mat.
3 - Slowly slide one heel toward your glutes by bending your knee while keeping the heel in contact with the floor.
4 - Move only as far as comfortable without forcing the knee or hip into pain.
5 - Pause briefly at the end of the range, then slowly slide the heel back to the starting position.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
