Medicine Ball Russian Twist
- 1 - Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet slightly elevated off the ground, leaning back at approximately 45 degrees to engage your core.
- 2 - Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest level, keeping your arms slightly bent.
- 3 - Brace your core and rotate your torso to the right, bringing the medicine ball toward the floor beside your right hip.
- 4 - Reverse the movement and rotate to the left, bringing the medicine ball toward the floor beside your left hip.
- 5 - Continue alternating sides in a controlled, fluid motion, ensuring rotation comes from the torso and not just the arms.
- 6 - Keep your chest tall, spine neutral, and feet elevated throughout the entire movement for maximum core engagement.
- 7 - Complete the desired number of repetitions on each side.
