Windshield Wipers
- 1 - Lie flat on your back on a mat with your arms extended out to the sides at shoulder level, palms facing down for stability.
- 2 - Raise your legs up so they are perpendicular to the floor, keeping them straight or slightly bent at the knees.
- 3 - Slowly rotate both legs together to one side, lowering them toward the floor while keeping your upper back and arms flat on the ground.
- 4 - Stop just before your legs touch the floor, then engage your core to bring them back up to the center.
- 5 - Rotate your legs to the opposite side in a controlled manner, mimicking the motion of windshield wipers.
- 6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a slow and controlled tempo throughout.
