Hanging Windshield Wiper
- 1 - Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, keeping your arms straight, shoulders active, and core braced.
- 2 - Raise your legs up in front of you until they are close to horizontal or higher, keeping them straight or slightly bent at the knees.
- 3 - Engage your core and lats to control your body and prevent excessive swinging.
- 4 - Slowly rotate both legs together to one side, moving them in a controlled arc while keeping your torso as stable as possible.
- 5 - Stop before you lose control, then use your core to bring your legs back through the center position.
- 6 - Rotate your legs to the opposite side in the same controlled motion, mimicking windshield wipers.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining a strong grip, steady breathing, and controlled tempo.
