EZ Bar Overhead Tricep Extension
1 - Stand upright or sit on a bench with your back straight and core engaged.
2 - Grip the EZ bar with a narrow overhand grip (palms facing forward) at the inner curved handles.
3 - Press the bar overhead until your arms are fully extended, positioning the bar directly above your head.
4 - Keeping your upper arms stationary and close to your head, slowly lower the bar behind your head by bending at the elbows until you feel a stretch in the triceps.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then press the bar back up to the starting position by fully extending your elbows.
6 - Keep your core tight throughout the movement to avoid arching your lower back.
