Standing Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding one dumbbell with both hands.
- 2 - Lift the dumbbell overhead and hold it vertically, keeping your elbows close to your head.
- 3 - Brace your core and keep your chest up, shoulders stable, and spine neutral.
- 4 - Slowly bend your elbows to lower the dumbbell behind your head in a controlled motion.
- 5 - Lower the dumbbell until you feel a stretch through your triceps without letting your elbows flare out too much.
- 6 - Press the dumbbell back up by extending your elbows until your arms are straight overhead.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while keeping the movement controlled and your upper arms as still as possible.
