Dumbbell Incline Tricep Extension
- 1 - Set an adjustable bench to a low-to-moderate incline and lie back with a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2 - Plant your feet firmly on the floor and brace your core while keeping your back supported by the bench.
- 3 - Press the dumbbells above your shoulders with your palms facing each other and your elbows pointing upward.
- 4 - Keeping your upper arms mostly still, bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells in a controlled motion toward the sides of your head.
- 5 - Pause briefly when you feel a stretch in your triceps, without letting your elbows flare excessively.
- 6 - Extend your elbows to press the dumbbells back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and stable elbow position.
