Overhead Triceps Stretch
- 1 - Stand or sit upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your core lightly engaged.
- 2 - Raise one arm straight overhead, then bend the elbow so that your hand drops down toward the middle of your upper back.
- 3 - Use your opposite hand to gently grasp the bent elbow and apply light downward pressure to deepen the stretch.
- 4 - Keep your head neutral, avoid letting your chin jut forward, and ensure your torso remains tall and upright.
- 5 - Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, feeling a gentle pull along the back of the upper arm and triceps.
- 6 - Release slowly, switch arms, and repeat on the other side.
