Ladder Hopscotch
1 - Place an agility ladder flat on the ground and stand at one end facing forward.
2 - Start with both feet outside the first square, knees slightly bent, chest up, and arms ready to move naturally.
3 - Hop both feet into the first square at the same time, landing softly on the balls of your feet.
4 - Hop forward to the next space by jumping both feet outside the ladder, then immediately hop both feet into the following square.
5 - Continue the in-and-out hopscotch pattern down the entire ladder while keeping your movements quick, controlled, and balanced.
6 - Turn around carefully and repeat for the desired number of rounds or duration.
