Standing Lateral Stretch
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms resting at your sides.
- 2 - Raise your right arm overhead, keeping your elbow straight and your palm facing inward.
- 3 - Slowly lean your torso to the left side, reaching your right arm over your head toward the left.
- 4 - Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, feeling the elongation along your right side from your hip to your shoulder.
- 5 - Return to the upright starting position in a controlled manner.
- 6 - Repeat the stretch on the opposite side by raising your left arm and leaning to the right.
