Standing Side Bend Stretch
1 - Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Raise your right arm overhead, keeping your left arm relaxed at your side or resting your left hand on your hip.
3 - Slowly lean your torso to the left side, reaching your right arm up and over in the same direction while keeping your hips square and feet planted.
4 - Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, feeling the elongation along your right side from your hip to your shoulder.
5 - Slowly return to the upright starting position in a controlled manner.
6 - Repeat the stretch on the opposite side by raising your left arm and bending to the right.
