Bent Arm Chest Stretch
- 1 - Stand upright or sit tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your spine neutral.
- 2 - Raise one arm out to your side at shoulder height, then bend your elbow to 90 degrees so your forearm points upward.
- 3 - Place your bent arm against a wall, door frame, or sturdy surface for support.
- 4 - Gently rotate your torso away from the arm until you feel a comfortable stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulder.
- 5 - Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds, breathing deeply and allowing the chest muscles to relax with each exhale.
- 6 - Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
- 7 - Perform 2–3 sets per side, increasing the rotation slightly each time as flexibility allows.
