Side Plank Star
1 - Lie on one side with your legs straight and stacked, placing your lower elbow directly under your shoulder.
2 - Brace your core and lift your hips off the floor, forming a straight line from head to heels in a side plank position.
3 - Keep your lower shoulder stable and pressed away from your ear while maintaining a neutral neck position.
4 - Lift your top arm toward the ceiling and raise your top leg upward to create a star shape.
5 - Hold the position while keeping your hips elevated, core engaged, and body aligned without rotating forward or backward.
6 - Lower the top leg and hips with control, then repeat for the desired duration or switch sides.
