Band Overhead Squat
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band with a wide grip.
2 - Press the band overhead until your arms are fully extended, keeping slight outward tension on the band.
3 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and position the band directly over the middle of your feet.
4 - Push your hips back and bend your knees to lower into a squat while keeping the band overhead and your arms locked out.
5 - Descend as low as you can with control while maintaining an upright torso, stable knees, and heels on the ground.
6 - Drive through your feet to stand back up, keeping tension on the band overhead throughout the movement.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
