Medicine Ball Rainbow Slam
- 1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands in front of your body.
- 2 - Brace your core and lift the ball overhead, keeping your ribs down and your spine neutral.
- 3 - Rotate your torso and hips to one side as you bring the ball in a large arc, like a rainbow, toward the outside of that foot.
- 4 - Slam the ball forcefully into the ground beside your foot by driving through your core, shoulders, and hips.
- 5 - Catch or pick up the ball, then immediately lift it back overhead and arc it to the opposite side.
- 6 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control and powerful rotational movement.
