Kettlebell Figure Eight
1 - Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell in one hand.
2 - Hinge at the hips and bend your knees slightly, keeping your chest up, back flat, and core engaged.
3 - Pass the kettlebell between your legs from one hand to the other, keeping it close to your body.
4 - Bring the kettlebell around the outside of one leg, then pass it back through the center to the opposite hand.
5 - Continue tracing a smooth figure-eight pattern around and between your legs while maintaining control and stable posture.
6 - Keep your hips and shoulders square, avoid rounding your back, and repeat for the desired reps or duration.
