Kettlebell Tactical Lunge
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet about hip-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand at your side.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and step one leg backward into a reverse lunge.
- 3 - As you lower, pass the kettlebell under your front thigh from one hand to the other.
- 4 - Keep your front foot flat, front knee tracking over your toes, and back knee moving toward the floor without collapsing your posture.
- 5 - Push through the heel and midfoot of the front leg to return to standing.
- 6 - Repeat on the opposite side, passing the kettlebell under the front thigh each repetition.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control and balance.
