Dumbbell Skull Crusher
1 - Lie flat on a bench with your feet planted firmly on the ground and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
2 - Press the dumbbells up directly above your chest with your palms facing each other, arms fully extended.
3 - Keeping your upper arms stationary and perpendicular to the floor, slowly bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells toward the sides of your head.
4 - Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner until they are just beside your temples or ears without touching your head.
5 - Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then extend your elbows to press the dumbbells back to the starting position.
6 - Keep your core engaged and your upper arms locked throughout the entire movement to maximize tricep activation.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
