Adiletix - Parallette Chicken Wing - Step-by-Step Guide
Parallette Chicken Wing
1 - Set up two parallettes on the floor, shoulder-width apart, and grip them firmly with both hands.
2 - Press up into a straight-arm support position on the parallettes, keeping your core tight and body straight.
3 - Shift your weight to one arm and begin to lean your body to that side while bending the opposite elbow outward like a wing.
4 - Allow the bent elbow to flare out to the side as you lower your body slightly, keeping the supporting arm straight and stable.
5 - Engage your core and shoulder stabilizers to maintain balance and control throughout the movement.
6 - Hold the position for the desired duration, then return to the starting straight-arm support position.
7 - Repeat on the opposite side for a balanced set.
