Tuck Planche
1 - Begin on the floor with your hands placed flat on the ground, shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing forward or slightly outward.
2 - Engage your core, wrists, and shoulders as you lean forward, shifting your center of gravity over your hands.
3 - Bend your knees and tuck them tightly into your chest, lifting your feet off the ground simultaneously.
4 - Keep your arms fully locked out and straight, pressing firmly through the palms to elevate your hips and body off the floor.
5 - Hold your body parallel to the ground (or as close as possible), maintaining a tight tuck position with rounded upper back and engaged core.
6 - Keep your gaze slightly forward and downward, breathing steadily throughout the hold.
7 - Hold the position for the desired duration, then carefully lower your feet back to the ground in a controlled manner.
