Dumbbell Renegade Row With Push-Up
1 - Place two dumbbells on the floor shoulder-width apart and assume a high plank position, gripping each dumbbell with both hands directly beneath your shoulders, feet slightly wider than hip-width for stability.
2 - Perform a push-up by bending your elbows and lowering your chest toward the floor between the dumbbells, keeping your core braced and body in a straight line from head to heels.
3 - Press back up to the starting plank position, fully extending your arms.
4 - Shift your weight onto your left hand and row the right dumbbell up toward your hip, driving your elbow past your torso and keeping it close to your body.
5 - Lower the right dumbbell back to the floor with control, then shift your weight onto your right hand and row the left dumbbell up toward your hip in the same manner.
6 - Lower the left dumbbell back to the floor with control. This completes one full repetition.
7 - Maintain a tight core and avoid rotating your hips or shoulders throughout the movement. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
