Ring Support Hold
1 - Set the rings at a height where your feet will be off the ground when your arms are fully extended and supporting your body.
2 - Grip the rings firmly with both hands, palms facing inward or slightly turned out, and jump up to support yourself above the rings.
3 - Press down through the rings to fully extend your arms, locking out your elbows.
4 - Turn the rings outward so your palms face forward and your hands are positioned beside your hips — this is the support position.
5 - Keep your body upright, core braced, legs together and straight, and toes pointed downward.
6 - Hold this position for the desired duration, maintaining steady breathing and a rigid, controlled body position.
7 - To dismount, lower yourself in a controlled manner back to the ground.
