Archer Push-Up
- 1 - Start in a standard push-up position with your hands placed significantly wider than shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing outward slightly.
- 2 - Engage your core, squeeze your glutes, and maintain a straight body line from head to heels throughout the movement.
- 3 - Shift your weight to one side by bending the elbow of the working arm while keeping the opposite arm straight and extended to the side.
- 4 - Lower your chest toward the hand of the bent arm, with the straight arm acting as a guide and support on the opposite side.
- 5 - Press through the palm of the bent arm to push yourself back up to the starting position.
- 6 - Repeat the movement on the opposite side, shifting your weight and bending the other elbow while keeping the first arm straight.
- 7 - Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining full-body tension throughout.
