PVC Front Rack Stretch
1 - Stand upright and hold a PVC pipe with both hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
2 - Bring the PVC pipe to the front rack position across the front of your shoulders, keeping your elbows lifted high in front of you.
3 - Allow the pipe to rest lightly against your fingers or palms while maintaining an upright chest and neutral spine.
4 - Gently drive your elbows upward and forward to increase the stretch through the shoulders, lats, triceps, and upper back.
5 - Keep your ribs down and avoid arching your lower back as you hold the position.
6 - Breathe slowly and maintain the stretch for the desired duration.
7 - Release the position gradually and repeat as needed.
