Walking Lunge With Twist
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your arms extended in front of your chest or hands clasped together.
- 2 - Step forward with one leg and lower into a lunge until both knees are bent to about 90 degrees, keeping your front knee aligned over your toes.
- 3 - As you reach the bottom of the lunge, rotate your torso toward the front leg while keeping your hips square and core engaged.
- 4 - Rotate your torso back to center, then press through the front heel to stand and step forward into the next lunge.
- 5 - Repeat the movement on the opposite side, twisting toward the new front leg.
- 6 - Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions or distance while maintaining an upright posture and controlled movement.
