
Back and Forth Step
- 1 - Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides.
- 2 - Step one foot forward, landing heel-to-toe, shifting your weight onto the front foot.
- 3 - Bring the rear foot forward to meet the front foot, returning to the starting stance.
- 4 - Immediately step the same or opposite foot backward, landing toe-to-heel in a controlled manner.
- 5 - Shift your weight onto the back foot and bring the front foot back to the starting position.
- 6 - Continue alternating forward and backward steps in a smooth, rhythmic pattern.
- 7 - Maintain an upright posture, engaged core, and soft knees throughout the movement.
