Lateral Lunge Slider
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and place one foot on a slider or smooth surface that allows it to glide sideways.
- 2 - Brace your core and keep your chest upright, shoulders back, and weight centered over the standing leg.
- 3 - Slowly slide the moving foot out to the side while bending the standing knee and pushing your hips back into a lateral lunge.
- 4 - Keep the standing knee tracking in line with the toes and maintain the sliding leg straight or slightly bent.
- 5 - Lower until you feel a controlled stretch through the inner thigh and the standing leg is working strongly.
- 6 - Drive through the heel of the standing foot and pull the sliding foot back to the starting position.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
