Kettlebell Deck Squat
1 - Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart while holding a kettlebell by the horns at chest height in a goblet position.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, and descend into a deep squat under control.
3 - Continue lowering until your hips reach the floor, then roll back onto your upper back while keeping the kettlebell close to your chest.
4 - Use a controlled forward roll to return your feet to the floor underneath you.
5 - Drive through your heels, extend your hips and knees, and stand back up to the starting position.
6 - Keep the movement smooth and controlled, avoiding excessive neck pressure during the roll.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
