Cable Wood Chop
1 - Set a cable pulley to a high position and attach a single handle.
2 - Stand sideways to the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the handle with both hands.
3 - Step away from the machine until there is tension on the cable, keeping your arms extended and your core braced.
4 - Rotate your torso and pull the handle diagonally downward across your body toward the opposite hip.
5 - Allow your hips and back foot to rotate naturally while keeping your spine neutral and controlling the movement.
6 - Slowly return the handle to the starting position under control.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
