Medicine Ball Side Toss
1 - Stand sideways to a solid wall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and the medicine ball held at chest height.
2 - Position yourself far enough from the wall so the ball can rebound safely back toward you.
3 - Rotate your torso away from the wall while keeping your hips and knees slightly bent.
4 - Explosively rotate your hips and torso toward the wall, throwing the medicine ball sideways into the wall.
5 - Catch the ball on the rebound with both hands, absorbing the force by slightly bending your knees and rotating back under control.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
7 - Keep your core braced and avoid using only your arms; generate power from your hips and torso.
