Kettlebell Slingshot
1 - Stand tall with your feet about shoulder-width apart and hold a kettlebell by the horns or handle in front of your body.
2 - Brace your core, keep your chest lifted, shoulders down, and maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
3 - Pass the kettlebell to one hand and guide it around the side of your body toward your lower back.
4 - Transfer the kettlebell smoothly to the opposite hand behind your back without twisting your torso or leaning.
5 - Bring the kettlebell around to the front of your body and continue passing it in a controlled circular motion.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions or time, then switch directions and perform the same amount on the opposite side.
