Adiletix - Plate Flips - Step-by-Step Guide
Plate Flips
1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate vertically with both hands at waist height.
2 - Grip the bottom edge of the plate firmly with both hands, fingers wrapped securely underneath.
3 - In one explosive movement, toss the plate upward by flipping it end-over-end so it rotates 180 degrees.
4 - As the plate completes its rotation, catch it by gripping the opposite edge with both hands in a controlled manner.
5 - Absorb the catch by slightly bending your knees and engaging your core to stabilize the landing.
6 - Reset to the starting position and repeat the flip for the desired number of repetitions.
