
Kettlebell Around-The-World
- 1 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand in front of your body with a firm grip.
- 2 - Begin passing the kettlebell around your body by transferring it from one hand to the other in a circular motion around your waist.
- 3 - As the kettlebell passes behind your back, reach back with the opposite hand to receive it smoothly without letting it drop.
- 4 - Continue the circular motion fluidly, keeping your core braced and your hips stable throughout the movement.
- 5 - Complete the desired number of rotations in one direction, then reverse the direction of the circular motion.
- 6 - Maintain an upright posture with a slight bend in your knees and avoid rotating your hips or torso during the movement.
