Middle Split Stretch
1 - Begin standing with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing slightly outward.
2 - Slowly slide or step your feet farther apart while keeping your legs straight but not locked.
3 - Place your hands on the floor, a yoga block, or another stable support in front of you for balance.
4 - Gently lower your hips toward the floor until you feel a stretch through your inner thighs and groin area.
5 - Keep your chest lifted, spine long, and knees pointing upward rather than collapsing inward.
6 - Hold the position while breathing slowly and evenly, avoiding bouncing or forcing the stretch.
7 - To exit, press your hands into the floor for support and carefully bring your feet back together.
