Band Chest Fly
1 - Anchor a resistance band securely behind you at about chest height, or wrap it around a stable post.
2 - Hold one end of the band in each hand and step forward until there is light tension in the band.
3 - Stand tall with your feet staggered or shoulder-width apart, brace your core, and keep a slight bend in your elbows.
4 - Start with your arms out to the sides at chest height, palms facing forward or slightly inward.
5 - Bring your hands together in front of your chest in a wide arc, squeezing your chest as your hands meet.
6 - Slowly return your arms to the starting position under control, maintaining tension in the band.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions without letting your shoulders shrug or your lower back arch.
