Walking Lunge
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, chest up, and core braced.
- 2 - Step forward with one leg, placing the foot flat on the ground.
- 3 - Lower your body under control until both knees are bent to about 90 degrees, keeping your front knee aligned over your toes.
- 4 - Push through the heel and midfoot of your front leg to rise up and bring your back leg forward.
- 5 - Step directly into the next lunge with the opposite leg, maintaining balance and an upright torso.
- 6 - Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions or distance.
