1 - Start in an upright standing position with your feet hip-width apart and your core lightly engaged.
2 - Begin moving forward at a steady, moderate pace — faster than walking but slower than running, typically between 4–6 mph.
3 - Land with a midfoot strike beneath your hips rather than overstriding with a heel strike in front of your body.
4 - Bend your elbows at approximately 90 degrees and swing your arms naturally in opposition to your legs to help maintain balance and rhythm.
5 - Keep your torso upright and slightly leaned forward, avoiding excessive hunching or leaning back.
6 - Breathe rhythmically, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth to maintain a steady aerobic pace.
7 - Continue for your target duration or distance, maintaining consistent pace and form throughout.
