Hamstring Floss
1 - Lie on your back with one leg extended on the floor and loop a resistance band around the arch of the opposite foot.
2 - Hold the band with both hands and raise the banded leg until you feel a gentle stretch through the back of the thigh.
3 - Keep your hips square and your lower back relaxed against the floor.
4 - Slowly straighten the raised knee while pulling the toes slightly toward you, then bend the knee and point the toes away.
5 - Move smoothly back and forth through a comfortable range without forcing the stretch or causing numbness or sharp pain.
6 - Complete the desired repetitions or duration, then switch sides.
