Dynamic Hamstring Sweep
- 1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and take a small step forward with one leg.
- 2 - Keep the front leg straight or slightly bent, pull the toes of the front foot up toward your shin, and shift your weight onto the back leg.
- 3 - Hinge at the hips while keeping your back flat, then sweep both hands down toward the front foot as if brushing the floor.
- 4 - Feel a gentle stretch through the hamstring and calf of the front leg without rounding your lower back.
- 5 - Return to standing and step forward into the next repetition on the opposite leg.
- 6 - Continue alternating legs in a smooth, controlled walking rhythm for the desired distance, duration, or repetitions.
