Elephant Walk
- 1 - Stand with your feet about hip-width apart and hinge forward at the hips, bringing your hands toward the floor, your ankles, or your shins.
- 2 - Keep your hips high and allow your knees to bend slightly if needed so you can maintain a comfortable position.
- 3 - Straighten one leg as much as possible while bending the opposite knee, feeling a stretch through the back of the straight leg.
- 4 - Switch sides by bending the straight leg and straightening the opposite leg in a slow, controlled alternating pattern.
- 5 - Keep your spine relaxed, avoid bouncing aggressively, and move only through a pain-free range of motion.
- 6 - Continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
