Altitude Landing
- 1 - Stand tall on a sturdy box or platform with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes near the front edge.
- 2 - Brace your core, keep your chest up, and look straight ahead.
- 3 - Step off the box with one foot and allow your body to drop straight down; do not jump upward or outward.
- 4 - Land softly on both feet at the same time, absorbing the impact through your hips, knees, and ankles.
- 5 - Keep your knees tracking in line with your toes and avoid letting them collapse inward.
- 6 - Hold the landing position for 2–3 seconds to demonstrate control and balance.
- 7 - Step back onto the box and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
