Treadmill Sprint
1 - Step onto the treadmill and attach the safety clip before starting.
2 - Begin with an easy walk or light jog to warm up and gradually increase your speed.
3 - Increase the treadmill speed to a sprinting pace that you can maintain with proper running form.
4 - Run tall with your chest up, core braced, arms driving naturally, and feet landing under your hips.
5 - Maintain the sprint for the prescribed time or distance, then reduce the speed to walk or jog for recovery.
6 - Repeat for the desired number of sprint intervals, then cool down at an easy pace.
