Single-Leg Broad Jump
- 1 - Stand on one leg with your knee slightly bent and your arms relaxed at your sides.
- 2 - Brace your core and hinge slightly at the hips while swinging your arms back to prepare for the jump.
- 3 - Explosively drive through the standing foot, swing your arms forward, and jump as far forward as possible.
- 4 - Land on the same leg with a soft knee, absorbing the impact through your hip, knee, and ankle.
- 5 - Stabilize your balance without letting the knee collapse inward or the opposite foot touch the ground.
- 6 - Reset your position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions or distance, then switch legs.
