Skater Hops
1 - Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms relaxed at your sides.
2 - Push off your right foot and hop laterally to the left, landing softly on your left foot.
3 - Allow your right leg to swing behind your left leg without letting it bear weight, and use your arms to help maintain balance.
4 - Absorb the landing by bending your left knee and hip, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
5 - Immediately push off your left foot and hop laterally to the right, landing softly on your right foot.
6 - Continue alternating side to side for the desired number of repetitions or duration.
7 - Keep each landing controlled and avoid letting the knee collapse inward.
