Towel Pull Up
- 1 - Drape two towels over a pull-up bar, placing them shoulder-width apart so they hang evenly on both sides.
- 2 - Grab one end of each towel firmly with each hand, ensuring a secure grip before lifting your feet off the ground.
- 3 - Hang at full arm extension with your core engaged, shoulders slightly depressed, and feet crossed or together behind you.
- 4 - Initiate the pull by driving your elbows down and back while squeezing your lats, pulling your chest up toward the bar.
- 5 - Continue pulling until your chin clears the bar or your chest reaches towel level, maintaining full control throughout.
- 6 - Slowly lower yourself back to the dead hang position in a controlled manner, fully extending your arms at the bottom.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining a strong grip and stable core throughout each rep.
