Single Arm Cable Row
1 - Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley and sit or stand facing the machine with your torso upright.
2 - Grip the handle with one hand, fully extend your arm, and keep your shoulder packed down and back without rounding your upper back.
3 - Brace your core and maintain a neutral spine with your chest lifted throughout the movement.
4 - Pull the handle toward the side of your torso by driving your elbow back, keeping it close to your body.
5 - Squeeze your back muscles briefly at the end of the pull without rotating your torso.
6 - Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position under control, allowing your shoulder blade to protract slightly.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
