Ring Chin-Up
1 - Adjust the rings to a height that allows you to hang with your arms fully extended and feet off the floor.
2 - Grip the rings with palms facing you in a supinated grip, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
3 - Depress your shoulders by pulling them down away from your ears before initiating the pull.
4 - Pull your chest toward the rings by driving your elbows down and back, allowing the rings to move naturally as you rise.
5 - Continue pulling until your chin clears the rings or your upper chest reaches ring height.
6 - Lower yourself under control until your arms are fully extended again without losing shoulder tension.
7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
