Chest-To-Bar Pull-Up
- 1 - Grip a pull-up bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, palms facing away from you.
- 2 - Hang with your arms fully extended, shoulders engaged, and core braced to keep your body controlled.
- 3 - Initiate the movement by pulling your shoulder blades down and back, then drive your elbows toward your ribs.
- 4 - Pull your body upward until your upper chest makes contact with, or reaches very close to, the bar.
- 5 - Pause briefly at the top while keeping your chest lifted and your body tight.
- 6 - Lower yourself under control until your arms are fully extended again without losing shoulder tension.
- 7 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
